Very well done. Really like the effect of Thin depth of field here, it has caused the face and shoulder in sharp focus while blurring the rest out, thus giving me a complete posture of the person even in a partial shot. Good idea, nicely executed.

I really like the crop on this one. It adds a lot of interest and does not feel cut off. The dof is also really great, with the lips being tack sharp. Outstanding work. :)
