Nigel,
Looking forward to more shots in this series. Lots of potential for artistic interpretation. This is a good start, Nigel!
I was unable to "reply" to your question about the Snowy Owl. They don't change colour with the seasons, but they do change as they age. Juveniles have heavy, dark barring that lessens with age. The females remain relatively dark, and the males approach pure white in old age.

Cool shot Nigel! I love the distorted reflections, and I see a face (round nose in the center) formed by the windows. The flag adds a perfect red vertical line.
