The fog was just in the low areas and not up where I was when this was taken. This kind of light only last just a short time. We were driving down the road and I got out and took a few shots. Didn't have time to do much composition or anything. Just make do with what you have at the time. Thanks for the great comments. Have a great Holiday Season. Don.

Merry Christmas!
I'm off work with a cold - got to remember that we get snow and it's properly cold in Leeds this time of year. At least I get chance to do all the present wrapping and preparation for the trip back to my folk's house.
Just picking a photo from last years lot to post as my Xmas card - got a high key tree with lots of snow, or a snowy village scene with a tungsten cast....

You're obviously a very festive kinda girl from this shot :-) Last time I went to a Xmas fancy dress I went as a train-spotter..... not festive, but kinda ironically tragic in its own way.

It is always nice to put a face with the name.I did look at several of the photos you have posted and you have visited some beautiful places and done a good job of capturing what you have seen. Hiya Ann....I knew you would be lovely by the way you expressed yourself on UF. I wasn't prepared to see that you were DROP-DEAD GORGEOUS. What a beautiful looking girl you are...you may say that it was taken a few years ago but I already know that you are even more beautiful now.

Ann got one photo of Orion up, I named him after the constellation - Orion "The Hunter" It was taken with the cheap digital. Can't wait till I get the 35mm developed. I really don't like this digital camera that I have. It a fuji finepix a340.
