I noticed you use the 70-200 a lot. Do you think it helps the kids to have a little distance so the camera feels less intimidating?

Well, I use it because I like the speed, bokeh, and quality. I actually find it great for candids, but if I am trying to communicate with the subject to look or turn a certain way it I am too far away!!
