Hi Todd, Good mood in this one, which also fits with the rather 2 Dimensional appearance of this photo

Merry Christmas,

Cheers,

Hugo

A lovely image, Todd, imbued with an underlying sense of melancholy. At first I thought it was just me--the holidays seem to carry more sadness than joy of late--but I see others find it as well.

I hope your holidays are warm and wonderful, my friend. May the New Year bring you much joy.

Hey Todd,

perfect flat screen for me - the typical Todd "brownie" Miller ;-)

Thanks for your constant feedback and photographic friendship.

best wishes,
your friend Thilo

Glad to see Minneapolis hasn't suffered a warm spell :-) I see you've got some very seasonal accumulations.
The touch of yellow makes the who;e thing work for me.
Best regards,
Mark

GREAT use of white here - very expressive against this brownish structure. Hope you had a good xmas, and wish for an inspired 2006! /H

Happy New Year,my friend!...i don't know why,but your pics don't show up anymore in my by friend's images ? I checked my FL and you are still there..another bug i suppose.....
The tone and contrast level reminds me of a particular painting i have seen before but can't recall the artist...there is such a quietness about the scene...cold,bleak...appeals to me very much,Todd....amazing how such an everyday scene can take on an artistic look via your sensibilities.....i posted for the first time in 2wks. last night and will be around semi-regular this month...regards,gayle
