Thanks Pat. I agree that I had to get back into the wild. (The raptor shots were taken on an organized shoot all outside of cages, but they were restrained by jesses and leashes.) In the middle of Dec I went up to Grand Teton for a few days and froze my butt off with temps between –31°F (-35 °C) to –3 °F (-19 °C). It was worth it though to get some great landscape and wildlife shots that I'll start posting later today. I just got back from Bosque Del Apache NWR in NM where I shot snow geese and sandhill cranes. Later this week I'll be heading to Yellowstone and Banff/Jasper.
