I took one like this a while back...yours is much more interesting. I like the feather's edge showing the delicate softness, a good contrast to the very graphic lines.

I'm still looking for a red cardinal feather to shoot.

Thanks Mary sue. Look for some other feather shots from me soon. We have no cardinals but I like your idea.

Thank you for your comments. Words means so much to me.
I have to say, firstly I have seen your image in the categories and have not seen all of the images yet.
But yet I've seen all of them and I really like your works.
In my opinion your works have such a perfect combination between fine art and photography and that's a very good thing.
Most people don't pay much attention in how to merge these kinds of academic together but I know you know how to do it so well.
As you said we might have to step forward from the old fashion photography.
Regards,
Kichapatt Tochamroen

Dear Friend,

Your words mean very much to me also. I really appreciate your looking beyond the obvious in my work and searching for the spirit of the creation. What you see and learn from my images is what you will come to know about me. I feel this is the same as I view your images also. It is this that gives meaning to the creation of images be they nature or nudes for both are linked together if we look beyond the external and into the spirit of what we have photographed. Stay on the path you have chosen and I will check back to see where it leads.

Very Best Regards - Bill
