Riktigt skönt djup i bilden och gråskalan är mycket fin. Snyggt samspel mellan ljus och skuggor. Kreativt arbetat av dig Jeanette, bilden är jättebra!

Mvh Peter

Andrzej Pradzynski   {K:21408} 1/18/2006
Jeanette, you've captured here a great sens of emptiness and drew the great perspective sketch. If this is not a parking place that's fine and doesn't really matter. It's an abstract anyway. Regards, n.j

Filippo Giorgio   {K:2158} 1/18/2006
It's a very suggestive shot...

Hugo de Wolf   {K:184981} 1/18/2006
Heheeh..... Creative, jeanette! The 180 degree rotation creates a very intriguing point of view. the tones in it are very well balanced, and the simplicity of the scene only adds to the appeal of this photo (or lack thereof, depending on how the viewer perceives the mood....

Cheers,

hugo

Jeanette Hägglund   {K:59985} 1/18/2006

Danny Brannigan   {K:16246} 1/18/2006
Not too keen on this one Jeanette. Generally I like to see some beauty in images and i find it lacking here. The image is certainly mysterious and makes us all think.I have now read other comments and as usual I seem to be the only dissenter.
Cheers Danny

Piero Somma   {K:13400} 1/18/2006

Markus Scholz   {K:22812} 1/18/2006
Haha, were the cars all disappearing when you came with your camera, Jeanette. Or did you ask everybody to leave to get such a great shot. Love it!

Markus

Saeed Al Shamsi   {K:47543} 1/18/2006
May be not normal car park but as you said aliens one :)
Some time I admire your work and your vision, one can pass this place with even thinking to take a snap shot, but your result as good as any interesting subject, really great.
Saeed

karen clarke   {K:18847} 1/19/2006
Well Jeanette, I wouldn't say impossible, we just aren't sure the size of any alien life out there. :) Very simple structure, but it definitely makes for an interesting abstract. Neat find Jeanette, do you want to share what it is?

Ina Nicolae   {K:44481} 1/19/2006
Great abstract space Jeanette, it looks like you turned a ceiling upside down? Or is it something else? Whatever it is, it's a great image, it has wonderful tonal depth and lighting, and it's your style! Ina

Ina Nicolae   {K:44481} 1/19/2006
Hi Jeanette, I thought you may like to see how a parking lot looks in Canada :) Cheers, Ina

Another Parking Lot

Aram Gharib   {K:4122} 1/19/2006
Minimalistically scaring and scaringly minimalistic!! I'd have put a title like "And so what?!...": the picture seems questioning the visitor who is triggered by all this space and light waiting for something to fill the void!

Bravo and thanks for sharing.

Mark Hamilton   {K:8384} 1/19/2006
So simple, so effective and so well seen.

Mark

Hi Jeanette....you've confused me with this one my sweet...what is it? Is it an upside down thingy or a side on shot of a wotsit?? Unusual shot that will worry me until I fathom it out...Best wishes sweetie....Ray

Fern    {K:2509} 1/19/2006
this is an image that makes you look and ask yourself questions. great idea!

Dear Jeanette, very dramatic photo. For me represents the loneliness of some spaces always deserted.
Ciao.
