Hi Ursula, maybe the image is a bit dark, but it's nonetheless very powerful. The strong horse, with the fantastic reflection of the light in its fur, as well as the highly detailed sky, almost threatening in its dark tones is fantastic. If only you had removed the tilt in the horizon...;) Still, even with the apparent tilt, the photo works well, and it's a good shot. I like the result too.

I agree with Kelly, this looks like a painting and the unusual thing is to see a horse looking right in the camera - the highlight in the eye gives this impression. Her movement toward the camera adds a dynamic quality accented by the fence on a diagonal.
I believe it was your intention to create a low key late in the day feeling, but I would not mind seeing it a little lighter overall, so the horse's ears separate from the green perimeter. Just a thought.
