First off, beautiful capture, the horizons are straight and the shutter speed effect adds interest, I would reccommend dodging some of the dark shadows to increase detail, specially above the water, otherwise, well done.

Justin -- The hanging vinery in front of the falls is an interesting touch. I've not seen a waterfall shot like this, before. It adds an element of mystery. I think I like it in this image. Nice placement of the fall and the water, according to the rule of thirds.

Stunning scene. Your choice of composition is very nice as is your exposure. One thing I might recommend (if it suits you) is to make a curves adjustment applying an s-curve to the RGB channel. This will add a little bit more contrast to your image and the black in the shadows will look a little more natural. As is the shadows look a tad washed out (no pun intended).
