I see what youre doing here, its a good idea, the colours are a lovlely contrast. But, and Im no expert, but IMO, the image is too flat, there is no depth, we cant see into the middle or far distance, instead we are squashed up against the trees you have here. The eye needs to be able to travel through a landscape photo, not be stopped abruptly like it is here. The idea is great though.

Like the colors especially the red which is strong and yet not unnaturally oversaturated. good detail and balance. I find this a competent capture.
