About No, I did not take this photo and have hardly any any idea to whom it should be attributed.
It was taken about 1942, called the HARTWELL RAILWAY COMPANY. It carried Freights and passenger cars.
The Passenger cars were discontinued in 1947. Believe it or not, the HARTWELL RAILWAY still operates on a small scale even today.
I did extensive P/S on this photo. Sorry , it is not sharp. However, only about seven original photos in existence.

have u tried to search hartwell's newspaper archives?
i think ther wasn't too much photographers at that time, maybe u could be lucky and find the author!
i think he would be pride of it...
it's just an idea...
