Great composition and details Jason! Good work with DOF! Cheers, Ralf

Chears Ralf - I'm still not sure about this picture, but it is growing on me. I went out that morning and took about 60 shots, 99.9% of which were rubbish, and I only saw this one later on reviewing them again

Fabio Keiner   {K:43709} 1/25/2006
excellentissimo

John Williamson   {K:1145} 1/25/2006
Jason, wonderful image! The tones and colors are perect for this image! I shoot mainly B&W so I am biased, but this image would not have been the same without the depth that color brings. Congratulations.

I love the DOF, excellent detail and lighting, superb work

Jason Mardell   {K:1113} 1/25/2006
Thanks John. I have been taking some B&W lately too. I don't think I have this in B&W but the film is still in the camera. I think you're right though - the subtle colours are attractive on this one

Jason Mardell   {K:1113} 1/25/2006
Thanks Susan - I find that woods are usually too 'untidy' for anything other than the minimum DOF. Otherwise I find myself distracted by all the twigs and mess!
