I like the interesting composition and simplicity of the image.

Great composition, I love it against the blue sky, a super image,
Chris.

Wonderful composition, wouldn't look half as good with any colour sky other than this. Well spotted.

It has the modern style look, natural contrast and fine color design, Is deze photo recentelijk genomen?

;-D Petal.

Hi Jeanette,

Been struggling with that one... cutting it away would mean loosing even more of the staircase (I already lost quite some of it on the bottom) or having to change the 'tilt' and then the pole wouldn't be starting in the corner. I tryed a different angle 'at the scene' but then I'd have to stand right under the stairs and would loose the perspective... problems, problems. So in the end I thought this was the best solution... ;-D

Thanks for your input, have a great weekend, Petal.

congratulations dear Petal for making front page!!!! Doei! Riny.

Jeanette Hägglund   {K:59907} 1/28/2006
OK, see what you mean. But have you tried the perspective change in ps...without cutting anything, you just change the perspective and in that way drag the upper left corner so that the stair reach the corner without the white wall. OK, i get your point and this is your shot...I like it as it is though, too ;-))

Walk it right into the corner of your frame. Way to play around with angles, Petal. Nicely seen.
