Hello Phillip,
This is such a beautiful macro shot. What I like about it is how visible the texture of the petals and center of the flower are. Soft and sharp at the same time. The color saturation is amazing. :) Andree

I must say I was amazed when two of my Ranunculus images won major awards on this site. The quality of the images displayed on this site are 'the best'! So, for a rank amateur like me to win these awards, when others, with many stunning images in their portfolios have never received an award, I could hardly believe it!
