Like most night shots, quite a bit of noise, can't be helped.
Building placement is well done, good composition.

Te cuento que todas mis fotos seran por largo tiempo de Argentina, ya que el cambio no nos favorece para salir al extranjero.

Te cuento magali,,Viedma y su vecina (unidas o separadas) por el río Negro Carmen de Patagones, son consideradas unas de las diez ciudades más bellas en conjunto de Argentina. Apreciamos quizas menos lo que tenemos quienes la vivimos .. pero es realmente bella !!

Lástima por tanto ruido. la foto es hermosa y los colores magníficos. Te recomiendo utilizar el siguiente procedimiento en PS para minimizar el ruido:
-convierte la imagen a modo color lab.
-En la paleta de canales selecciona el canal "a" y aplica un desenfoque gausiano de al menos un valor de 8.
-Selecciona ahora el canal "b" y aplica de nuevo el filtro.
-Regresa la imágen a modo RGB.
Habitualmente esto sirve para reducir el ruido.

Si,, la F828,, fuera de ISO 64 e ISO 100 realmente tiene alto ruido.. Voy a trabajar según me recomendaste para bajar dicho ruido, porque eso saca belleza a la foto. Saludos y gracias por el comentario.
