Helen: I really like this photograph! Something about the composition, with the large rocks to the rear of high brightness and the ones to the front with low luminosity. Great range of greys in the clouds and the grass. Overall a very soothing effect. A little PS might have pulled some detail out of the dark spots on the front rocks. Anson

Thanks very much for the kind comments Anson. I took the shadow detail in the rocks down a bit, so that it was just visible on my monitor. Maybe it is just the difference in our monitor setups.

Helen: I think the site here is a little bit dark anyway. Some of my IR stuff is very difficult to see clearly. I do "faux color" IR with a digital, at least I try to. Anson
