Ursula,
it's realy great capture, giving an impression of strong wind which may not be a case. Anyway the frame is nicely composed and the picture maintain well balanced tones. Good use of DOF.

This looks like it is having a grand time blowing in the wind. It actually resembles a jelly fish or a dog with his head out the window catching the breeze. The B&W really is effective here.
