This was taken somewhere near Victoria Park in Edmonton, Alberta. I've been delving into my photos and trying to fix up photos I really like, but aren't really great shots. I suppose that's opening up a giant philosophical can of worms, but if it's any consolation, I've gone from really liking this photograph to really, really liking it. PS tweaking: converted photo to black & white, adjusted sharpness and contrast.
