hi, for me the pixelation is concentrated in the white of the collar and some is noticeable across the eyes, but the shapes of color with the blur work well as appealing photoart...i like this image,Larry.....
BTW,haven't forgotten about the stop sign image,just don't have any extra in the budget just yet ;>

I like the result a lot, Larry. The photo has a really nice, frosted feel to it. I suppose that's appropriate for winter.
