Remarkable photo, with interesting echoes in the mouths, but I must admit it appeared at first viewing that she was eating the baby. I shuddered.

well, she wasn't really eating the baby, but she was trying to fit as much of him into her mouth as possible. Babies bring out oral compulsivity in others,
