Nice shot of the bird, Laura! I've never seen a cormorant this close to civilization. The only ones I've seen are far out over the lakes, and drying their feathers in the trees. I like the eye colour!

I like the b/g division of color Laura. Nice of him to pose in such a great place! We've got these around our place too and they will clean a pond out of fish in no time!
