Outstanding angle composing , the tones also adds tranquil beauty to this scene, well done.

I love that texture. The tones in the photograph really bring them out.

Kes     {K:18721} 2/12/2006
Nice shot, Don. Great sky. What's that round shadow at the bottom of the shot?

John Bohner   {K:8232} 2/12/2006
Now I get it Don....
I don't know if the shrub and the bottom shadow add anything. The shrub might just be a competitor for texture attention. Looks like you got your money's worth on that Sedona trip.!

You know Kes I didn't even see that shadow. I can guess can't you. Thanks . Don.

Really nice Don. The bark does look exactly like an alligator's skin. I like how you framed the hills through the branches too.
I just posted a shot that I would love it if you would look at. I've been experimenting with aperatures on landscapes. (Thanks to you!) Let me know what you think when you have time, okay? Thanks!
Susie

I like the texture, it is great in black and white. Very cool 'window' to view the landscape.

On my ducking image, guess down here in south florida things happen all year, not much of a season change although it is a bit chilly today.

Regards, Bill C.

My GOSH!! This looks just like an aligator! I've never seen anything like this, Don. Amazing, I had to do a 'double take'.......

Nice shot, textures of the 'gator' along with the smooth lines in the bark...NICE!!

Have a GR8 day,
Lori :)
