Lass, this image is a scan from an 8x10 print, which was sepia toned in chemicals not on the computer. To see a larger version of it, you can check my web site at http://www.pwcphoto.com/Series/BlacknWhite/BW06.htm it looks better bigger. The print is so sharp that you can read all of the text on the chart. I used 1 light bulb off to the right to expose this image. It was for a project at a night class i was taking.

Dig this, great quality to the sidelighting, a varied but not too busy composition, and as usual i have confidence that the shot isnt just sharp on the web but actually is probably 10x better on paper, get thee to a table toppery m'lad~

Terrence, as it states above, go to

http://www.pwcphoto.com/Series/BlacknWhite/BW06.htm and check out the image there, it is tack sharp in the print, but has lost some in the scanning. You can read all the info on the chart as well as see the grain in the wooden cases. Gotta love that Techpan!

Sinar (or Phillip),

This is the type of photos I love. They say so much, although they arre so simple. The composition appears to of someone figuring out a flight plan or shipping route with the tools they would need for this. The lighting is great, a single bulb, for and 8 second exposure! very good job! Bill seems to be right when he talked about all the neat photographic gear you have. the shadows make it seems as if it is mid day. I am really impressed.

Later my friend,

Russ
