Great Capture Darlene,
I found one of these fellas a few weeks ago in my neck of the swamp, it was my first time seeing one, they sure don't keep still for long, it was a challenge just to get him in focus. Great job! I plan on coming out to the lake in the morning, rain or shine. looks like it's going to be a great overcast day.

Thanks Joe! And great that you're coming to Lake Martin in the morning, Carl will be there and I plan on being there too! I'm really glad you'll be there, the egrets on coming in and doing their display "thingie!" There were even 6 spoonbill there and that's very early for them! Can't wait to see you my friend! Darlene
