Ameed,
great architecture shot with nice symetry and balanced composition. Great lighting effect and perfect position of the moon to enhance the mood of the picture. Great dramatic skies with repeated shades on the frontal of the building. Sure it's excelent. Cheers, n.j

andree lerat   {K:16731} 2/21/2006
This is a fantastic composition and a technical masterpiece. It is so hard to capture the illumination of the moon as you have done. I love the super-imposed clouds over the building. I can almost hear the cry of the wolf. Great job. :) Andree

Ameed El-Ghoul   {K:42023} 2/22/2006
I thank you Andree for your in depth comment, i am really glad you liked it, here is a hint, there is no sky ;)
The sky was changed to a different one, and some PS work to add the moon light and the mist ;) Power of imagination,
really glad you liked it,
Regards,

Sam Oppenheim   {K:3362} 2/24/2006
Another ncie one, reminds me of the haloween images last fall. cool!

James Philip Pegg   {K:10138} 2/24/2006
You did it! A 10!!! -James

Paul's Photos   {K:34954} 2/24/2006
nice perspective and angle.. I like the mood of the image.. the moon is great as is the toning. The one thing that sort of detracts from the image is the almost cloud like effect on the building. I think the building would stand out more if that was not there.. but overall, very creative and excellent work..

Michael Kanemoto   {K:22103} 2/24/2006
Great tones, perspective, tones.

The moonlight and fog seems post-processed/forced, maybe a little gimmicky, but overall makes for a great mood builder.

Ameed El-Ghoul   {K:42023} 2/25/2006
James, Your words are highly appreciated, thanks allot my friend,
Regards,

Ameed El-Ghoul   {K:42023} 2/25/2006
Thanks Paul for your kind honest comment, highly appreciated, I was aiming to create a hollow feeling with the mist, to strengthen the illusion atmosphere, but I think it would like better without it, thanks allot again Paul,

Ameed El-Ghoul   {K:42023} 2/25/2006
Thanks Michael for your honest opinion, appreciated, Regards,

Judi Liosatos   {K:34029} 3/2/2006
Yes I can see the moonlight and it doesn't quite look natural...maybe a wider ray with more blending on the edges would help.

John William   {K:781} 3/4/2006
OK, does Dracula know you're at his front door??

Nice work.

Orazio Minnella   {K:46638} 3/13/2006
Excellent perspective.Nice point of shot.Great tones.
Regards

Linda Bique   {K:73856} 3/26/2006
Yes I see the moon light and what a great work you have here my dear friend, it has a haunting kind of feel too it, an eerie mood and lighting, very nice perspective with an element of mystery and suspense..great work, nice to see you too my dear Ameed!!!

Eddy ~   {K:1432} 4/15/2006
I don't believe this is a picture of a real building.. it must be done using a 3d modelling software.. i have to see it for myself ;)

Ameed El-Ghoul   {K:42023} 4/15/2006
Thanks Orazio for your kind comment and glad you liked it, Regards,

Ameed El-Ghoul   {K:42023} 4/15/2006
Eddy, Thanks allot dear for your kind comment, I am really glad you liked it, too bad i am not knowligable when it comes to 3D modelling softwares, I wish I am :)
This picture is for a castle in Quebec, I am sure you will recognize it, please check the attachment,
I appologize for not including the original one, It is on one of my DVD's now, it will take me some time to get the picture, convert it from Raw and upload it,
Thanks for your kind comment,

Nick Karagiaouroglou   {K:85369} 7/30/2006
The moon light is not only noticable but it creates a very dramatic atmosphere! Great perspective also, that completely matches the mood!

Very very nice!

Shirley D. Cross   {K:138817} 8/8/2006
Beautiful, and yes, I noticed it right away, before reading your note.

Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen   {K:55368} 8/16/2006
Wauw- the moonlight looks like a spotlight throwing light on the impressive building giving it a spooky touch! The angle and B/W-tones works so well in this image.
In general you´ve a fascinating portfolio with expressive photos.
Best wishes,
Annemette
PS: Thank you for the kind comment

Ameed El-Ghoul   {K:42023} 8/17/2006
