About Japanese ads are often hard to fathom. This one is for a cram school (coaching kids for the difficult competitive exams to good schools) and the theme is "aim high!" Snapped with my mobile phone.

Never the less surprsing good quaility. A bit full add. Overhere one tends to show as little as possible in an ad. to maintain focus on the main point.

Yet another interesting shot of a japanese ad. Yes it is hard to fathom it, what is important is they got the attention of the kids with the baseball pics... nice educational photos of japanese interest...

Since this was shot on your camera phone, the Photoshop 'Bessaflex' filter did not help.
Still strange but a good catch.

Hi Roger,
I feel a better quality from your camera's photo than your lab (from Bessaflex camera) !

Another great shot from the "art of Japan communication" :)

Bye

Weird... Even though I'm certain advertisers would have asked the male model there to look tough, to me he looks really really afraid... Don't think he knows what the ad is about! :)) Great stuff Roger. Am lovin' your mobile phone...

Lucky me to have you as an interpreter! I woudn't have guessed the meaning in ages!!!!You DO have an eye for the stranger side of life!!!!Very well captured!
Thanks for your visits and suggestions! I love stone lanterns and would shoot them ad infinitum, from all angles possible.
Hope you're fine and kicking!

It's IMPRESSIVE what you can capture with your mobile. I used to have one, but never tried it for photos.
Thanks for your visit, Roger! I really appreciate it!
