I saw a man peddling these toy balloons along the housing resettlement in Manila. He was moving along and I was at a distant behind and I had to give it a chase, just at the moment when I was at a shooting distance, this boy took the cart by himself and push it along. I was only able to take one shot and had a good joyful laugh with the peddler. I was overwhelmed at the sight of the childs curiosity and enthusiasm.
