great shot with beautiful colouring of a black and white

Ameet Mallapur   {K:1865} 2/19/2006
nice :)
but is that black cloth on the table which needs to be stretched tighter ?

Siddharth Siva   {K:3327} 2/19/2006
hey.. i think i f'd it up in the jpeg conversion or in retouching. Cause I dont see anything on the edge of the cloth on the original hi res file! I remember having stretched and clipped the black velevet..full nrupen style attention to detail!

Really good black and white tones here!

Good work, nice model and b&w, but I think you should do a different crop, IMHO it improves the picture, see below.

Greetings,

Paul

hi paul..thanks for your feedback. Shooting for a magazine, I tend to shoot leaving a lot of room to place copy and headlines, etc....but you are right, as a stand-alone image your crop really works.
