Hi David,

Nice, like how you used the tub as a frame.
How did you get up there with the camera?

Una foto que al mirarla hace sonreir. 7
Tecnicamente perfecta y el efecto que causa la forma de la bañera enmarcando la foto, es fantástico.
Un saludo David

Very cool! I wonder how you got this angle? I know- you had to Dangle to get the angle! Haha! Great expressions on the kids faces- they must think it funny to see dad in such a precarious position! Great lighting too.

Wow, super unique David. Great idea. And I also loved how you used the tub as your framing. Graet idea! I really love it. The colors are great and the little shark hidden in the bottom of the tub just adds to it. Well done!

What a cool perspective David. Well done! I love it. I can just imagine how precarious this must have been! ) Cute.

thanks Ole,

I was standing on the edge of the tub holding the camera all the way up to the ceiling. It was pretty uncomfortable and the longer it lasted the more slippery the edge got. I decided to stop shortly after I got this photo.

This is great...and your color out of that camera are superb. Much post processing on this?
Absolutely agree...award winning!

Mort Gage   {K:2747} 2/20/2006
wow! the color and sharpness is magnificent...to my novice eyes this exhibits some SERIOUS technical skill. what was light source?

David Hofmann   {K:23763} 2/20/2006
thanks everyone for your feedback. Much of the credit goes to my kids, though. The very same shot with me in the tub wouldn't be the same lol

The light was a flash (wireless remote) standing to the right of the tub firing at the white wall. Creates a nice soft light. A little too soft, but then the bath is all white and reflects.

I did some editing to this. Just take a look at the original and you get the idea. In general I like the shot I'm just not happy with the skin tones. They are better in the original.
