delle 4 questa è quella che preferisco,ma è stata dura scegliere. pensa,io sto escludendo quasi a priori il colore dalle mie fotografie, ritenendo che il bn riesca ad esprimere meglio quello che sento..ma poi,quando vedo foto come questa mi ricredo completamente..complimenti.. è un'immagine ottima davvero!

This is a fabulous shot. I love your composiotn with the sand and clouds curving to the one side giving room for all the kites on the other. The colours are wonderful. My Dad used to make a lot of kites. Then, he'd go to the park, show the kids how to fly them and come home with no kites, then do it again the next chance he got. Your picture reminds me of him and made me smile. Thanks.

If I understand the purpose of Critiquer's Corner it is to invite criticism. It is quite hard to criticize a photograph of this high quality, and there's not much point criticizing the actual scene because that's a given. However, since the title is "Perfect Kite Day," I think the kites could have figured larger in your picture. Here, they are a minor element and very small relative to both the dunes and the sky. Having just ONE kite nearer/larger would be a better balance, and the other smaller kites would then be a natural extension of the main image. I do find the colours rather strongly saturated but I know that many people prefer these (to me) oversaturated colours. If you have a Canon it kind of encourages you in that direction, I know. [grin]

who could not adore a big, cloudy skyscape. enhanced by the magnificent and raw beach scene below. wishing the kites were slightly more part of the image. the sand seems to detract as it and the flora take up almost half the image. nice work.
