Andre Denis   {K:56532} 2/19/2006
Beautiful Darlene!
And they were kind enough to get in position so you wouldn't have branches in the way of your shot! Maybe they used them for the nest :)
Andre

They look too big for that nest. :) Beautiful capture of the two Darlene. Alison

Darlene,

Your photos leave me breathless. Just amazing!

Todd

Another beauty Darlene! Very elegant, and with them being craddled by branches above and the nest below it is like it is encircling them, protecting them. It facinates me that they are so white and the legs so black....rapidly becoming one of my favorite birds, thanks to you. Pat

Beautiful Darlene, nice capture of a moment of the life for these birds, they are majestics. Great details and mood.

Regards
Claude

My 10 year old granddaughter has called me Ommi since she was about a year old. When we used to work together on something she would say "Teamwork, Ommi!" That's what this shot brought to mind, Darlene. Thanks for the memory! :) BTW...great shot!
Kathy

They seem like big birds for such a small nest, Darlene. I suppose they are just starting to set up housekeeping. A very nice composition with your usual perfect exposure and sharp details. You have the capture process down pat. Every shot seems perfect. Best wishes, Larry.

Beautifully detailed composition Darlene my dear. I love those gorgeous colours in their bills/beaks and around their eyes. Your dof is once again perfect and the details in their feathers, particularly the stray wisps is superb. Well done to you my sweet. Hope all is well at your end of the World. My very best wishes as always....Ray

Pierre Martin   {K:3355} 2/27/2006
Beautiful shot, Darlene! The shot almost has a B/W feel to it... except for the green and orrange on the egrets that works well in bringing the attention there. They look hard at work.
