About I set up view camera in late afternoon and pre-focused, then waited into evening and shot 4 pieces of film to make my final image. In the Library of Congress collection.

Another excellent composition Gary. I particularly like how the line of the wall leads the eye down the base of the Washington Monument. The ethereal effect given to some of the people is very appropriate to the subject matter. Outstanding work.

Great composition. A little grainy, which doesn't necessarily detract from the image...
It's interesting how casually the guy in the backpack appears to be looking at the memorial, like its a magazine rack or something.
