really like the contrast between the sky and the water, and the light post which feels so victorian, and the guy way on the right, who given the angle actually looks like he's looking at you.

I recognise it! Perfect exposure for the spray, George. I like the happy medium between frozen droplets that look like glass beads, and milky threads that look like anything but water because of long time exposures--a cliché. This really does look like water. Nice sky as a backdrop, too...
