well, no one will offer a comment on this amazing piece of art so I am reduced to commenting on my own shots.....that it should come to this so early in my career, a sad day cheers, an admirer (alias self)

Awww David :(... just saw this while browsing through the recent comments... Ok, I'll have a go:

My first impressions are;

a) I like the colours, but then I tend to lean toward the darks/browns/mustards anyway...

b) Looks like Microsoft Office clipart - that's not a bad thing, just my impression...

c) Following on from b), you could always see if MS will buy it from you...? :))

d) If you throw a pair of t*tties into the mix, I can guarantee there'll be a flood of comments!!!!

hi Rina, .....your'e right, it bloody does look like a piece of clip art, quick get it off there! I liked the colors too, it was on that grader thing with the funny sign, as for your other suggestion, I am wondering about that, you gotta laugh, a thousand random shots, one comment, four comments, six comments......a nude (and lets face it they're a paltry....nuh, I won't go there, not fair) 377 comments 'nice one Edwardo!! wink wink nod nod, and that's in the first hour....are we lost in some socio photonomic backwater when we shoud be on an altogether more elevated cultural plane, no,noooooo, plain.....woooooaaargh! see ya, david.

Yeah, don't get me wrong though, there is some quality "fine art photography" here (read it described that way somewhere and thought it was cute...) that could even inspire ME to experiment, but I'd be hard pressed to find any willing subjects in my circle :)

Nevertheless, I still think Picasso-like disembodied part(s) of the female anatomy would work wonders with this... but then, forget about trying to sell it to MS!

And you know what? Maybe you're on to something by commenting on your own work... certainly got my attention...

david henderson   {K:10882} 4/5/2006
....I'm thinking 'fine art photography' and this nut (and this nuts picture!) are strange bed fellows but speaking of fine art photography, you must heve a look at photo of the day # 14, my last contribution, now we are talking photography, just have a look at what film + medium format + skill can produce Rina, cheers and thanks. david.

......my subscription ran out, I only just paid this morning and they de-donored me (the buggers) so I was wondering if you thought that this shot (above)should be in 'photo of the day'?....terrific landscape I thought. cheers, david.
