I basically like the ocmposition, Roberto. It's a nice idea and the subject is worthwhile photographing in the way you've done. Personally, I think it would benefit by playing around with the perspective and giving the antenna a bit stronger focus. I've included one suggested solution below. Keep up the good work!

...ma guarda che ti sei dimenticato di mettere la "A" di Adult ! :)
L'idea della nitidezza e dei giochi del ghiaccio mi piace molto, non so però se avrei scelto una composizione meno centrata, magari avrei giocato con la linea in basso che tagliava in basso a dx e il soggetto in alto a dx.
Non lo so , cmq è una scelta ed una visione tua.
Notevole la nitidezza ed il contrasto, da un senso di qualità estrema all'immagine

hi,from the thumbnail i thought it was a Narwhal whale stuck under ice..LOL..very unique abstract,Roby....clarity,dof,icy texture and contrast level all seem to be fine...am at a loss to offer any suggestions for improvement because it is so unusual and that in itself works for me! best regards,my friend...~gayle

sai che tu hai già catturato il dilemma.. tant'è vero che ho altri "scatti", differenti.. in questo caso la centratura del soggetto l'ho vista solo per quella linea (del portellone posteriore) in diagonale.. ma sinceramente la trovo centrata anche io!!! .. e sapevo che tu, buon critico, me l'avresti detto..
complimenti, non ti scappa niente.. eh eh eh !!!

Hi Roby, Very good photo. It has a well balanced composition, and I think the textures of frost have been very well captured. I like the very subtle use of colour in it. Not quite Black and White, but very close to it. Only in the reflection in the antenna, a hint of colour is visible. Not much to critique here. I think you nailed this spot on, if you know what I mean...

Hola Roberto, me alegra ver una nueva foto tuya. Aunque creo que he llegado un poco tarde, tengo mucho trabajo y poco tiempo, ya vendrán tiempos mejores.
En cuanto a la fotografía, lo primero que me ha gustado al mirarla ha sido la composición tan cuidada y elegante. A pesar de que el objeto principal se encuentra en el centro de la escena, la linea diagonal que rompe la carrocería compensa muy bien los pesos de la imagen, además de ser paralela a la antena.
La textura es fantástica, el hielo que cubre todo produce una sensacion de material aterciopelado de un color gris indefinido que se va desvaneciendo con la distancia por causa de la profundidad de campo, dando a la antena cuerpo y volumen en una foto que esta destinada a ser plana.
Un abstracto perfecto! En mi opinión.
Roberto, pones pocas fotos, pero desde luego, las que pones son garantía de calidad.
Perdón por escribir en español, pero mi nivel de inglés no es suficiente para expresar lo que quería decir.

There's no such thing as a perfect photo, but in this one, I couldn't find any flaws. That'll be my shortcoming, but reading the other comments you've received, I'm still not convinced they offer an improvement. Not that they would make the image worse, either, though. There are many solutions that would result in the same atmosphere and feel. And that may just be the only thing I can think of that is not so strong in this photo: it's not a unique solution. I realise that's very subjective, and I can't offer any suggestions for improvement...:) Further more, I really like this image!

Nice abstract Roberto. The exposure is spot-on and the detail of the frost is great. I do think the composotion can be improved by standing a little bit back and to the right - using the line on the right to lead the eye up to the airial. Kind regards.

Complimenti, sembra quasi un BN! Apprezzo i dettagli e la stretta profondità di campo, un po' meno la composizione e, concordo con GG, la cornice, secondo me nelle foto di origine analogica non servono, ma è una mia idea. In effetti avresti potuto anche sfruttare il parallelismo tra l'antenna e la linea in basso, ma, come per la cornice, è un mio personale punto di vista. Ciao, Max

I'm feeling it - think this is good. Maybe get closer, macro lens (flip the lens around and close the gap with your fingers around the outside) - get a really shallow DOF...
Basically get the antenna as the only object with a sea of frost = no seam
