An average picture imo, despite the fact that it is technically competent, and taking into account the fact that this type of photography isn't easy at all. My main objection to this picture is that it would almost seem to be about the woman's hair in front. Then the flags, finally at the back we discover what this was all about...

The main subject in a more prominent position seems to be the normal way to go, and I see no specific reason to go against this principle. Best regards.
