Nice shot, but this is a male and female mallard ducks. The bright colored one is the male and the dull one is the female duck. Good job on the shot.

Thanks Ken, the shot was a Kodak moment, not planned at all. I am not all that familiar with the proper names of wildlife, I should have research it before posting.

Dom, I hope you didn't take my comments the wrong way, if you look at my photo pages I have three on my lake here in Louisiana and I refer to them as the Three Stooges. They get in some odd postions sometimes and it's like they are putting on a show for me to photograph. I like your work and keep them coming, my friend.
