Ohh, my dear I know how it's difficult to catch a squirrel and you have done a very good work here, how much you spent to get that shot?

By throwing out the background you did great in separating the subject from its background that is the great control of selected focus and exposure.

This is a wonderful wildlife shot my dear Linda. The clarity is superb as is the focus. The dof is perfect and the details in this squirrel are just awesome. kudos for getting this guy to stay still for the shot...i have one with the cutest crazed look,but he was jittery in low light,so kinda blurred and i never posted it....like the selective focus and the boke (bokeh).....nice natural palette,catchlight in eye and fur detail...

Wonderful image . . . crisp and clear with a perfect DOF and an adorable subject to boot! The title almost made me laugh out loud . . . I know they're wild . . . but "Wild Animal on the Loose" sounds like it should be followed by the phrase "Run for it!" . . . of course, then I saw this adorable guy!
