Don't know about the scanning, the image is a bit small to really tell. I would like to see the horizon horizontal and the buildings not leaning over.

Look like a great picture with excellent lighting. I find the colors on the water grab your eyes and drws them to the buildings. I would love to see this picture in a bigger format. Keep up the good work.

As for the scanning problem, just go into your setting and change the size of the picture. Try to get it around 800 x 800 as that's the biggest you can get it for this website. You'll most likely going to find the sitting in the option in the taskbar at the top of the program.
