By not including any people on this cityscape shot you have created a different atmosphere, almost like a ghost town, unusual scene for a city shot where the only life on this photo are the trees and the grass...

Good lead-in for the eye, and I think this works just fine even without anybody in the shot.. infact the buildings in the background already add a sense of scale. Nice one!
