About Roscoe is a co-workers Pug puppy. He is 14 weeks old in this photo. I figured what better way than to start the week with a puppy photo... and a little twist this time around.

This photo is part of my photo a day for a year effort. To view more of my images visit my web site:

Funny pet portrait...Did you shot this in a studio or just PS work? Cheers!

Jim Goldstein   {K:21230} 3/21/2006
A bit of both. I had a very very rough set up at work and then polished the image with PS.

Splendid Jim. You have captured in his eyes the fear for your camera.
Very pleasant.
Cheers to Roscoe.

He's a real cutie, and you've caught his nervous mood beautifully. The PS work has isolated him nicely, although it looks a bit as if he has no back legs... I wonder why you posted it twice? I have looked at both images and can't detect any difference between them.

Very subtle work on the mouth there - I chuckled when I finally had looked at both versions enough times to see it!

Amazing shot!
