I love the lines. So organic, and supported with that huge cement block.. so perfectly framed and composed! Outstanding control of contrasts, and content.

You have a knack for finding beautiful geometry. There is a certain balance and grace in your architectural shots. I think the mind is a machine that subconsciously finds mathematical equations in all things (geometric objects, music, words) and gets pleasure from balanced harmonics therein. i see the old viking mushrooms are working.i think only yourself can take an everyday subject and get turned into something eyecatching.Has IKEA all over it! its getting incredibly hard to critique your photography because its so dam good and sometimes shockingly simple but incredibly unique.

[I wonder what IKEA has to do with it? Do you know that ikea is a low statues place in sweden? ;)) Popular but famouse cause it steels other designers design.... so i get a little low statues feeling even thopugh you didn´t mean to!!! ;d]I´m happy you like what i do but i think i have to make something less good then ...

sorry certainly no offence was meant merely a humour comment i.e in england IKEA is a famous swedish brand and we see many simple effective items when we shop there. the comment of "very hard to critique " is an appraisal for your work.perhaps ill just say the normal things in future. take care and dont be offended by my comments if i dont like a photo i dont comment if i do comment its because it is a good interesting photo. cu ..

A wonderful and most unusual perspective of this bridge. I particularly like the curve coming out of the bottom R/H corner. The textures looks almost like wood and doesn't register as concrete straight away. Well done to you my dear Jeanette, I love your creative use of your camera. Sorry I am behind with commenting. I guess this structure is probably pretty ugly in reality (I don't like concrete road bridges, even if they are closely related to what I do for a living!) but you have managed to find the beauty in its lines. So simple, yet so sophisticated: the straight lines in the concrete running parallel to the right edge of the image, and the curves running along the diagonal. Magic.

Actually, I still love the travelling, but it does create certain pressures. And without giving too much away (since UF is not really the place to discuss professional lives, unless that is the life of a professional photographer...) I will only say that the work that I do may result in constructions like this bridge getting built, or not, as the case may be!
