Very cool- what is rapid fire mode- do you mean burst mode? Really cool that you can see the ball! Good focus and clarity too. I am not familiar with a powershot s2 is- is it an slr?

yeah I guess it's simular to burst mode.
No The S2 isn't a SLR....but it's real cool for it's price/size/features. 5MP....12 optical zoom
(which with a 1.5 conversion lens becomes 18 optical zoom.)
It also doesn't something I never seen any other camera do...take MVI clips that can be shown back in slow motion....also has an image stabilizer. A great 2nd camera for sure.

I am sure impressed with that camera. We have a couple of other Canon's (besides my 20d) and love them all- this is something I could never do with my fancy-schmancy 20D!

Great shot. How many did you fire off? Were they all in focus? Very sharp image.
