Hi Chris,

This one has it all, the tension, the action, the suspense... I like the the buoy in this photo, as it also provides a reference to the leg in the race, explaining the action.

Can't get it better than this, but that's also my passion for racing, speaking.

Thanks Hugo, w/ all that white in this scene I should have stepped up to 1/640th or faster, but I think it has just acceptable highlight detail.

Hi Chris, Don't think that's really necessary; eventhough it might just have upped the white tonal range a bit, it's not overly over exposed; maybe a bit in the t-shirts, but nothing distracting...

Great close up shot where the movement and individual expression recorded nicely, the water "splash" gives the idea of speed and does enhances the composition.
