Impressing blue sky - what i like :) Dangerous place to be i presume, and such nice capture! I like the red colour of the stone and the more grey parts...

Hi, my friend!
perfect title for the perfect picture!
the white stones, really look like a white cascade in the red rocks...
beautiful clear and deep blue sky and amazing detail, Joggie!

Wonderful shape to the whole shot but if its dry and rugged I would suggest a little de saturation especially in the sky...still good

Thanks Manu for the comment. I understand what you mean. I did, however, tried to get the colours as close to the original scene I could. I have many other shots of the same place. Thats one of its outstanding features - the contrasting red and white rocks. I used a polarizer to get rid of the reflections, yes, but this is also one of the trademarks of South Africa - our lovely deep blue skies. Just a point of interest, I am currently managing an environmental impact assessment for a solar power station not very far from this site. It is the prime area in the world for solar power generation due to the high levels of uninterupted sunshine. Kind regards
Joggie
