Hi Chris,

This photo has the feel as if it's taken from the side window of a moving car; mostly because of the perspective, the tone and the PoV, as with these settings, it would've been impossible to keep things in focus.

Excellent level of details, and a fascinating greenish tone in the foreground. Quite an intersting shot, and an unusual dominant role of the foreground, almost blocking the view, yet allowing a glimpse over the wall into the sunset colours. I like these less conventional compositions.

I believe the saturation in the reds and yellows could be tweaked a bit; it's all a bit dull (which is the primary reason for the "drive by shot"; see what I mean?(

Cheers,

Hugo

Hi Hugo, thanks for the feedback.

This was taken on a tripod, well after the sun had gone down, which I believe accounts for the greenish-blue tone in the foreground.

This spot has turned out to be one of my favorites on the island, w/ the multiple elements from the wall to the trees on the horizon allowing for interesting compositions.

Cheers,
Chris
