Wow, Joggie!! Thanks so much for bringing this photo to us and adding the really informative remarks about the spider. I can feel the crab spider straining to keep the fly from flying off. Great detail of the coup de grace.

Joggie, the photograph is beautifully done and all your macros are enhanced by your carefully crafted explanations. I enjoy the zoology lessons! You mention the ring-flash - are you still using the Nikon SB-R200 units?

Thanks again Eb - I had the use of the SB-R200 system for a month. I am busy with the review article on it for Nikon-South Africa. Buy it? I dont have the money!! It's great but expensive - So I will stick to my ringflash (which also does a superb job!
