This is so beautiful! It's lofty, the photo transmits the feeling of great height, since the top is above the clouds. Amazing to think we were that high up in the world. Definitely a black and white type shot. Love, J.

I agree with Jonathan's comment regarding the sense of great height to achieve this perspective of a near perfect coned volcano. Just my opinion Brielle, a higher res scan will reveal more detail throughout the image, otherwise great capture, regards.

Brielle, this is really a great shot. I love the feeling of the hight accentuated more by that break in the clouds and the patch work o fields below. beautifully taken. Alison

HI guys, Thanks for your awesome comments. The resolution/pixelation of my photographs has really been bothering me lately. I think part of it is that I cut them down for usefilm, so they lost a lot of their detail, other than that...it could just be the camera. :( But thank you all! much appreciated.

Actually, making pictures larger makes them look pixelated, and it doesn't occur when making photos smaller. I find that when uploading, I tell the website not to sharpen them, or to lightly sharpen them. If you choose heavy sharpening, it could be responsible for the pixelation. Te amo! J
