Another excellent image of the joy of spring upon us and warmer weather (for some).
I like the warmth in the colors and the spray of the water hose hitting the ground.

This is an absolutely amazing capture, Pat! The colors are so vibrant and the stop action of the water tops it off. I really like the backlighting on her hair too.

Your colour photos are just amazing. This reminds me of images found in stock photo books I had when I use to do graphic design years ago. I'm a big fan of back lit lighting. This one is primo! Excellent work Pat.

Pat,
I've just trawled your portfolio here and you have an amazing amount of blindigly good shots.
Kids are great to shoot and you've obviously got a talent for this.
I love the shots you'v done shooting wide open at f1.8 - and for this shots it's brilliant. The colours are so special you dont't need to see any shape and the eye is drawn to the image focus.
Backlightig is sweet, great for the hair and great for the water. The only niggle is the light on the top LHS - it's as if i'd want to crop it out to try and stop it distracting - not sure how that'd work though.
Also the pants have something about them that draws your attention - but as to that being a bad thing or a good thing my mind can not decide.
